Florin Heres

Florin Heres leads Connecta Life’s English-speaking retreats in Catalonia, Spain. A former volunteer firefighter, he is trained in coaching and body-mind techniques. He trained with Stephane Laverge at the Floresiendo centre in Barcelona, where he worked for a year. Before joining Connecta Life, he took part in more than 60 ceremonies across several countries.

His approach emphasizes responsibility, attentive support, kindness and respect for sacred plant medicines. He works with the team assigned to each retreat to support participants throughout their stay.
